Freshmeat only lists new apps, Do you mean Sourceforge (also part of
OSDN, and hosts for ZBoxZ).
I don't know. The main problem is that whoever would need an export
license since it contains crypto. This might be easy but I don't have
time (i.e. If it was, My Palm open PGP port would be there now).
