  because on the SONY Clie + Visor Prism, it doesn't work :)

  i think, games are always pushing the envelope anyhow.. they will never
  really "confirm" to the strict guidelines - and tweaking will always be
  required to get full speeds..

  if you get a chance, dig into the WinScreenLock() code :P you'll see a 
  little problem that can be very easily removed with the use of an
  Initialize() / Terminate() function..
