ahh.. that license stuff is just c+p from the other shareware stuff :)
surely, the license for the library would have more flexibility than
that.. LGPL looks the most promising though.. :) i doubt people actually
read that part anyhow.. i am sure those blitting routines are available
in some other code portions out there.
just put relevant credit where necessary - thats all that matters.
