It is true that your code is "open", in the sense that everybody can look at your source code, but you are applying a rather deterring license. "The Software is owned by Aaron Ardiri. Its structure, presentation and source code are valuable trade secrets of Aaron Ardiri. This agreement does not grant you intellectual property rights in the Software." I think this is a real pity, since your code contains some really nice pieces :-) BSD/Apache License, or LGPL would be nice.
