You also got to think of the legal implications. For starters, ideally you would form an "official" organization (non-profit or whatever), that way assets such as site domain, legal contracts and advertisements could be tied to an owner. Also people that don't trust or know "Aaron Ardiri" would feel more comfortable dealing with an organization. That is of course, if you want to go in the "open" direction.
