Really?? Where?  I've looked and looked and could only
find one by a company in France (Kirrio).  You know
where I can get a usb-slave-to-rs232 converter for
$40?  Every usb to serial converter I've seen works
with a host device like a computer, not a (slave) pda.

I'm in the same boat as Mike here.  My product works
with rs232.  I turn customers away because many have a
Zire series Palm's (usb only).

Would appreciate any information on this...
