I feel your pain brother, my system crashed (that's windows for you) and although I could access my HD whilst mounted in a friends PC, I didn't manage to get hold of my mails and contacts (I use incredimail) and forgot to save my bookmarks (firefox-user). .

I have blowned a 200GB HD with all my stuff on...... I was reinstalling my own computer by different reasons and did that on an other HD. When I connected the big drive, something happend and it become very hot... Too hot.... Only luck in this is that I did a 7dvd backup last week on the models. But there are lots of other things that are lost for ever. I only hope that I have done a backup on everything, include my own models... But I don´t feel to check... Really bad sunday...
