Agreed Mike, I was merely offering my experiences. We see dead and dying hard drives on a daily basis and overall Seagate appear to last the longest and have the best warranty. Personally I wouldn't use a Fujitsu or Samsung hard drive as a door stop, same with WD, or Maxtor (who by the way are owned now by Seagate)...remember the catchcry of the IT industry... "BACKUP...BACKUP...BACKUP !!!!!!!!!"
