I'm in the same boat, dropped out when I first went, and now going back trying to get a B.S. in C.S. (I think everyone likes the way that sounds). I also don't think it will translate much into $$ currently, but damn if it won't feel good to Get It Done. People tend not to take you as seriously when you don't have that degree - or at least you have to work harder to prove yourself.
