If Moloto is selfless and disciplined he would not have accepted three positions which must be fulltime, so Narius runs the PAC on adhoc basis like a spaza, which open when the owner is home and closes when the owner goes to a funeral, braai etcetera. Easteran Cape provincial congress chaos also shows incompetency of the Secretariat Office. Let us pray that Narius Moloto will resign as BCAWU and NACTU General Secretary to become fulltime selfless and discipline leaders based at the PAC head Office to be in charge in driving party administration machinery.
