Success!  It worked!  This all started when this particular tune wouldn't 
play in one of the music rooms at a site called VIP Conduit!  I had heard 
that, sometimes by changing the bit rate, a file would then play!  Oh but I 
never knew how to do it (I know some people have "Gold Wave"..and do file 
conversions that way.  Then I remembered that I had heard that Total 
Recorder would do this; since I'm on this PC Audio list, I figured I'd see 
if there was anybody here that could explain how this process was done!
