Ah, that's what I've trying to tell people for a few years now, but it seems they like bad audio too much.

Subject: Airport Express Again

Hi folks!

As list members would know I have an Airport Express base station here, well now I have 2 as a matter of fact. One thing that these Base stations allow is for the connection of an audio device, you can for example connect the output of the Airport Express to a Hi-Fi setup using either an analogue or digital connection hence these devices can handle your wi-Fi traffic and give you crystal-clear audio into a particular room but what I didn't know was that you can have a source piped to multiple Airport Express units at the one time using Itunes so time to throw those ancient FM transmitters away, no risk of interference, or distortion any more! just nice sounding audio noise and distortion free wherever I go in my house or within range of my wi-fi network.

To checkout the Airport express go to www.apple.com/airportexpress and you can see the specs and other details.

If you don't feel like using Itunes? Sure! use Airfoil and you can Stream Winamp or any other application that generates audio to your Airport Express.

As a final note, I'm thinking of doing a series of Podcasts on the Airport Express and associated software, would anyone be interested? Please reply privately on this last point so as not to clutter the list.
