Unless I’m misremembering, you aren’t copying blocks of text from 5088 or 5089
into your document. Even where you directly update 5088/5089, in section 4, you
paraphrase them, you don’t quote them. So if it were my draft, I would be
comfortable leaving the disclaimer out.
