The manufacturers play the numbers. If they sell a million dollars worth of
product because of their "Insurance Policy" and pay out $20,000 in claims,
they still win. Also read the fine print about negligence not being covered
and then decide what they consider negligence. (It really doesn't explain
it.) Now see how many people actually get the reimbursements for damage.
