Hello,
I have to agree with you when you say Apple doesn't
really care about it's customer base. . .everytime I
call them about a product, they hang up on me just
because I ask a few technical questions. And why?
Because I use my 9500 and refuse to upgrade. When I
try to explain it's because I've got over $7,000.00
invested in my system. . .they don't seem to care. Oh
well. . .I'm happy with my 9500. :)
