This sounds like a software conflict to me. I could be wrong, but the first
thing I'd do is disable any USB software you are NOT using (iomega, etc.) and
possibly reinstall your Logitech software. Although it could be Logitech in
conflict with your Apple USB extensions....
I have seen the same symptoms with another USB driver called USB Overdrive that
was conflicting with other drivers.....
