I even used USB Overdrive for awhile because it wasn't working with it, then I reinstalled my USB Support software with the mice I use connected to my 6500 and much to my surprise, they worked without the USB Overdrive. My recommendation is to remove all USB extensions and prefs and reinstall the drivers for the USB and Logitech mouse.
