I use an Adesso EKB-906T ergo keyboard (ADB). My mouse is a Logitech MX500 (USB).

The Adesso you can get for as low as $25 (they're being blown out, see
http:/www.pricegrabber.com. I got mine recently for $20 from CompUSA), so there's
no reason to get a USB keyboard..more expensive. You also lose the power key via
ADB bus. I can power my 8500/120 (G4/400 upgrade) with one flick of a switch
(power-key on the ADB keyboard): I use a Sears power-sensing strip, which will
auto-detect the 8500 coming on -- turning on 2 other outlet switches. My monitor
& other devices are connected to them.
