Canon Powershot S100 Digital Elph. Two USB transfer options, both via a Keyspan USB PCI card in my TAM (Alchemy mobo, 250 MHz 603e), OS 8.6, Apple's USB card software. The two methods are via Canon's proprietary software, which launches automagically when you plug your camera into the usb cable, and by sticking the compact flash card in the SanDisk USB flash card reader, which automagically mounts the flash card on the desktop like any other volume, allowing simple drag and drop copying, and at a satisfactory speed, imho.
Adobe Photodeluxe 2.0 came with the Canon, and it's plenty sophisticated for my meager talents at doctoring images.
