SCSI Bus 0 is internal only and rated for 10MBps. SCSI Bus 1 is nominally external and rated for 5MBps but it does have an internal 50 pin IDC connector right next to the one for SCSI Bus 0. By adding a cable you could use both internally should you desire to.
