All machines in the 7200-8500, 8500 have a MAXIMUM bus speed of 
50MHz.  A 132MHz daughter card operates the bus at 44MHz (3x).  A 
200MHz card operates at 50 MHz (4x).  I don't think there is a 604 
(sans e)/200.

None of this has anything to do with SCSI bus speed though.
