AFAIK there was no 604/200.
The bus speed is determined by the card.  The 604/132 sets a 44MHz bus 
speed.  The 604e/200 will set a 50MHz bus speed.  I have never seen a 
PCI PowerMac that couldn't handle a 50MHz bus.  The 7500 used a 50MHz 
bus on the 601/100, and the 8500 is basically an identical board (few 
small differences).  Once you push it above 50MHz you start to push 
things.
