It's got both.  So people with 10base2 could keep using that, and also 
for the self powered 10baseT hubs.
On that note, I made a pretty big mistake a while ago when I traded my 
Apple Workgroup Hub for a 12port one.  At the time it was the right 
thing to do because I didn't have the AC adapter for the 4+1 so I had to 
run a IIci the whole time to use it.  Now I have a LaserWriter 12/640 
PS, which is on the whole time.  I wish I hadn't gotten rid of it.
