Well I don't mind spending $500 for a 9600 plus some memory if I could get
the 300 MHZ version.  The only bump I have with the 4400 is memory and my
4400 runs at 320mhz so a drop of 20 mhz will not bother me.

I already have a Firewire/ USB card, video card and commslot 2 ethernet card
firewire drive, CDRW, printer and scanner.  So my only cost will be CPU and
memory.
