The MaxPowr "400 MHz" 604e MP card (really, its a dual 200 MHz 604e) worked 
in my 7600.

I usually used it in my non-Mach5 8600, though, as that machine has far 
superior cooling. I've also used it in my Mach5 8600.

The Mach5 was interesting as these have no on-motherboard cache, and the MP 
card doesn't have in-line cache. I guess that completely eliminates any 
concerns about "cache coherency". ;-)

I don't know if Apple's MP card will work in other than a 9600MP, although I 
believe the 9600/180, the 9600/180MP, the 9600/200 and the 9600/200MP models 
all use the same motherboard.
