Oh, that was the monitor, no doubt. All that these things do is set a 
return signal to the Mac video port saying what the resolution of the 
monitor is. Any fuzzyness or poor performance would be due to either 
mis-setting the dip switches,a bad video refresh rate, or a cheap monitor.
