IIRC mine cost close to *$60* -- it certainly had all the dip switches,
little wheel, etc, and since the plug at the Mac end was unique to the 6100
I had just been given (sans monitor or adapter) quite hard to find.  No
combination of switches or wheel settings improved the picture past the
tolerable stage -- perhaps the monitor itself (or rather themselves, I tried
two different ones) was to blame.
