My XLR8 ZIF G3/350 ( in an 8600) has run at 59-63C ( 138-145 F) since new (over a year now) without missing a beat. It is overclocked, but has the same temps at its stock 300 speed.
My other G3s are all 400s with the exception of one 350. (PowerLogix, Newertech and Sonnet) They all run in the high 30s to low 40s C. (in 7600s, 8600s and an S900) Some CPUs just seem to run hotter. My concern would be the 10 minute temp. climb. Mine stabilizes in less than a minute of operation at the 59 C level and goes to the 63 C level when I am working the CPU . Are you overclocking the CPU? (Is it a G3/400 or a slower CPU overclocked to 400) I can run my G3/300 at 375 and even 400, but get lots of lock ups and error messages as well as temps like you show. My 350 and 400s are actually a 350 and 400s, so have no overclocking. If you have one of the G3/400s as sold by otherworldcomputing a while ago, it is a true G3/400.
