Yes. It's part of the Rinaldi case where Iomega's former General Manager of the Zip Aftermarket Business David Hellier said "whether it's in or out of warranty, we're going to take care of and replace the product if necessary." I bought my first Zip 100 in 1997, and it had click of death. I called Iomega (1-888-446-6342) last year (May 2001), and as Tim noted, they asked me to put a Zip disk in the drive so they could literally hear it over the phone. The tech guy immediately gave me an address to ship the drive to, with an RMA number.
