James, I don't know it IS a Netscape problem, Cox suggests it is. Basically, I receive duplicate messages, I read the first then delete. Both messages delete and are replaced by a blank sender and subject line, and a message sent to me quite some time ago by a friend. The time, date, and year are from left field, 1969 or so.
Interspersed are normal single messages that I handle as usual, save, forward or delete. The no subject, etc. message cannot be deleted so it sits in my in box many times. Frankly, I have no clue if indeed it is a Netscape problem, I have a high volume inbox as I subscribe to several "lists."
