When I read it I was kind of thinking it was a typo.  Like saying does your
car's engine have a minimum speed.....   :))

Typically, if it is a G3/450, it should have clocked at 10.0:1 and jumpers on
2,6,7,9,12.  I gave you the settings that I have used on 400 mHz ZIFS.  Maybe
it's a Powerlogix thing.  Like I said, I've used Apple, Newer, and XLR8 zifs and
have always managed to slightly overclock.
