Dump the 4.0 and look for 5.1a. I've used this on: IIfx/7.5.5; LC-475, Q-605 & Q-650/7.6.1; P-6400/8.6 and PM-5400/9.0. I use H-P Deskwriters of 500, 600 & 800 series and Epson 600 series printers with no problems.
