Don't know about Us prices and your budget but: I use a Sony MVC-CD1000 - records onto mini CD - love it - good Mac software with it - CDs straight on my 8600 - 7300 - 7500 & PB3400. Also has USB connectivity and analog video out to Mac & TV/VCR One daughter has a Canon Elura 40MC digital Video/Still that works good (firewire & USB) to her iMac and analog to TV/VCR/Mac. Good software with it. Uses Digital film & SD memory. Can print to some Canon printers without a computer Another daughter (the youngest) has a Kodak CX4230 $300 Canadian ($200 US) with the dock adapter. uses SD memory & internal memory. Transmits to her iMac through the dock or pull the SD memory stick and use her memory card reader ($30 Canadian)($20 US). The included software was OK and is Mac compatable There are many many on the market - shop for the features you want and can afford - most are Mac compatable and most all are USB/Firewire connective. ===== Dave Brocklebank __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
