I've been using my work Sony Mavica FD88, a 1.3megapixel floppy-only machine. Images are very variable in quality but can be quite good... though for quality 1.3mp is these days regarded as well below the minimum. The flash, even on high setting, is totally useless at distances over say 2 meters!
I like the floppy (nice not to have to connect the camera to the computer), but it is limited... a zipdisc or jazz would have been better.
