I disagree. He said he was working with bank data. He did not say if the data were from his personal account or from a work account. If you want to go probabilities, call and ask the FBI how many financial crimes they have open for investigation right now -- something on the order of 4,000. Many of those involved unauthorized access to computers that are used for financial puposes -- a definite no no. I'm in Florida, and believe it or not we now have a state wide prosecutor who is going to put those types of crimes on a high priority list because they have gotten so blatant. The feds can't do it alone. They don't have the systems or the personnel.
