I disagree.  He said he was working with bank data.  He did not say if the
data were from his personal account or from a work account.  If you want to
go probabilities, call and ask the FBI how many financial crimes they have
open for investigation right now -- something on the order of 4,000.  Many
of those involved unauthorized access to computers that are used for
financial puposes -- a definite no no.

I'm in Florida, and believe it or not we now have a state wide prosecutor
who is going  to put those types of crimes on a high priority list because
they have gotten so blatant.  The feds can't do it alone.  They don't have
the systems or the personnel.

So, you can talk about water buffalo or colorful planes, but if you are
dealing with accounts that have any amount of money, say 25 dollars, don't
rule the crooks out of the picture.
