Whether the user is dealing with bank data or Sumerian
folk tunes isn't the issue. The issue is whether a
dialup can be hacked and files corrupted while the
computer is on and connected. And while that
possibility exists, its probability falls within the
realm of zero and being hit by an academy award thrown
from a 1968 GTO while you're humming a popular tune in
a gazebo in Ames, Iowa.
