     The cache control software is usually installed before the processor 
with the XLR8 cards and a key combo at startup enables you to configure 
the setup. Perhaps it's the same with PowerLogix. Pull the processor and 
put the old one back after pressing the cuda - install the cache control 
- pull the old one press the cuda and put the new one in and boot - may 
need a pram zap.
