?? The 72/73/75/7600 cases are some of the nicest to work in... the 7100, 
OTOH....

7600 MB - Got mine for $10 on eBay. As someone else mentioned, you can get 
the G3 upgrades MUCH cheaper for them, as well. Takes up to 1 GB (128 Mb 
X8) of RAM. You *will,* however, want either 4 Mb of Video RAM, or a third 
party video card. Unlike the 7200, the 75/7600 mainboard has NO vram 
soldered onto the MB.

Drives - if you can't find an inexpensive SCSI drive, look into an IDE card 
and (also not that expensive) IDE drives. (Which have the side benefit of 
being easier to find pretty much anywhere than SCSI drives.)
