I think I might have my lock-up problem narrowed down. I ran my 8600
all night and all day with only the Seagate HD installed. It worked fine.
When I installed the rest of my devices, it locked up after a couple of
minutes. So, I unhooked each device one by one to see if it would lock up.
Once I unhooked the recently installed Yamaha CD Burner, it seemed to
work fine.
Has anybody else had any problems running a Yamaha CD burner and a
Barracuda on the same bus? Both devices have different ID's. Any thoughts?
