Ah, this might have been answered, but have you installed the Newertech software? (there is an extension as well as the control panel that controls the L2.) Unless the extension is installed and in the active extensions folderand then a restart done, the control panel will not recognize the L2. I'm not sure of the latest version, but I have 2.0.4 and I believe 2.0.5.
