Am I gonna have any problems installing the iMac OS 9.1 on my machine? What precautions should I take before installing (don't say backup my data - that's what the CD-RW is for; in a pinch, if I were to wipe out all my data, I could still get online with old browsers and emailers)?
You should have gone to hardcoremac.com as I suggested, they have the universal CDs. I would not use that one.
Hardcoremac wanted $150. OWC was <$50. I've had good luck with OWC in the past.
