Yes indeed, same problem. There are a lot of connections on that pc board. Start with 
the larger
pins, like the crt tube socket and the wire connections, then the pots etc. The blue 
tint means the
green or red gun is off etc. Another method I've used to help find the bad joint is to 
run the
monitor without the shield and prod around with an insulated plastic stick, like a 
cheap pen with
the pen portion removed.  Be careful tho!
