I have some Multiscan 17s and 20s, but haven't needed to open any of them yet. I can't say exacty where to cut the hole for their pots, but the 17" manual shows some adjustment pots on the video board attached to the rear of the CRT. Before someone asks, the 20" manual shows a focus VR control pot on the left side (as seen from the front) several inches behind the housing for the CRT and several inches above the bottom chassis. If someone should pull the case back off of either of these, you might measure the exact locations and let us know.
