Can anyone tell me where to buy the 3V battery that goes in a 7600 at a decent price? Thanks Also - can anyone tell me why it takes so long sometimes for messages to appear after being posted? I am sending this one at 7:12AM eastern time on Oct. 16.
In the USA, there's a Radio Shack near almost everyone, and the battery is usually about $10 at Radio Shack. However, if you live near a Frys, they carry it for about $6. However, be careful, as they also carry the version with wire leads attached, so don't just grab a 1/2AA off the rack without looking at it.
