Mike is right; it seems he's done what he can to prove that booting off a
striped RAID works for *him*, even if not for anyone else.  If it doesn't
work for you, and Apple says that it can't be done, that's not his fault!

What we should be doing, instead of basically calling him a liar, is to find
out *why* is works for him and if that can be dupilcated for the rest of us
that would like to boot from a RAID.  Fair enough?

Let's be a bit more constructive, and not pelt the poor souls who have
managed to do something we haven't...
