When you say you routed a duct to route air from the fan to the processor, does that mean you have the fan blowing air into the case? The door fan should be blowing air out of the case. Once when I removed the fan to blow out the dust I put it back the wrong way. Luckily I realized it soon after.

Yes, the fan draws air into the case, doh! I'll have to flip the fan and see if that helps any.
