Threaded view, maybe, but I read multiple lists and organise them when my inbox gets too big. I personally read stuff in date order. I would assume this is actually the norm for most mail readers. LEM was just about the *only* list serv I've used that *doesn't* append tags.... tags are now the norm not the exception, I'm afraid to say. For the record, the PCI tag is saving me an awful lot of time, because I can see what is SPAM a lot more easily now.
