Exactly my point: It's a very US centric opinion to have that email costs
nothing to download. In the UK, we often pay by the minute to connect to the
internet - we rarely have a flat connection charge. Some ISP's offer a
limited version of flat connection charges, but this is pretty limited.

The PCI tag makes it very easy to see what's what through a WebMail portal
such as IMP too.
