Ditto.
Threading is no problem for me in Opera mail.
I vote the [PCI] tag stays, for all the reasons that have already been
discussed on  this list.

   - subject tags are largely the norm on email list groups
   - greater clarity for scanning bulk email in inbox
   - additional use in filtering
