The 5400, 5500, 6400, 6500 Motherboards are ALL interchangeable, of course he 5400 Motherboard has less VideoRAM so it will only display 1024x768 in 256 Colors.
The 5400 has 8MB of RAM onboard so the Total is 136MB (including 2x 64MB DIMM's).
